The Application Area Directorss have decided that the Internet-Draft,
"A Chemical Primary Content Type for Multipurpose Internet Mail
Extensions" <draft-rzepa-chemical-mime-type-01.txt> should be
considered as a standards track item (as required by RFC 1590).

A Last Call announcement will be sent to the IETF Announcement list.
