I haven't sent it to the IESG yet.  I wasn't aware that the charter was
ready for that process.  There was still some chatter about suggested
charter edits or issues on this list when last I looked, so I was waiting
for that to resolve.

If you all think it's in the state where you want the IESG to start looking
at it, I can schedule it for the next telechat.  It probably won't make the
one this Thursday, so expect it on September 21, after which it will go for
external community review prior to approval.

I believe (offlist someplace) someone was going to get W3C feedback on the
proposed charter.  Did that happen?
