Hey Juan, thanks for the hard work on this! I've done a review of that
PR (and other's you've raised/linked to).

We might want to list the Multiformats registry governance process as
a deliverable... it's effectively a request to IANA for the creation
of a registry, but it's important to highlight that document as a
deliverable of the WG as well. This would probably be an update to the
Multiformats WG charter.
