Hi, all:

v-02(https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ma-netconf-with-system-02.txt) is posted to resolve some of the issues raised during IETF110 NETCONF session. 
The main changes compared to the previous versions:
   o  Remove system configuration data retrieval behavior in the main body and examples in the appendix
   o  Change basic-mode values : report-all->auto-populate, explicit->no-populate
   o  Consider <factory-default> to work together with <system>
A few issues are still open, one session was created to track them. 
Any comments and suggestions are welcome!

Abstract:
   This document defines an optional "system" datastore to allow clients
   populate the system configuration into running datastore in the
   device.  It also defines a capability-based extension to the NETCONF
   protocol that helps the NETCONF client identify how system
   configuration are processed by the server.
