Hi Frank,

We are solving different issues.

draft-ietf-netconf-notification-messages defines a model to be able to send multiple messages within 1 Netconf notification.

On the other hand, draft-ahuang-netconf-notif-yang defines a missing YANG module to encode Netconf Notifications with encodings other than XML. The structure for Netconf notifications is currently defined in RFC5277 using a XSD, but when the server wants to send this notification using YANG-JSON or YANG-CBOR, there is not a YANG module defining the structure.
This draft eases the automation of ingesting YANG notifications using YANG-compatible encodings.
