Hi,

I support the adoption of this document (I read most the draft last 
version, and discussed this topic with Jan in the past).
I'm convinced by the use cases mentioned in this draft.

Regarding the resolution of timestamps, I am in favor to add the 
fractional second (Jan asked this question during his NETCONF)

Editorial:
- server confiuguration being
- send confiuguration
- change subsription updates
- still supercede
