Notes

rfc says 
"The handling of a cookie is similar to that of the READDIR operation." 
(8.4.3.4.)

It would be useful to include NFS4ERR_BAD_COOKIE status code into the list of LISTXATTRS statuses, 8.4.5.  Valid Errors.

NFS for Linux included this status code.
