Without a picture or diagram of the "Internet Architecture" being assumed,
it is hard to make comments in a context that may not shift from day to day.

Is it a side-by-side IPv4 and IPv6 cloud configuration ?
Is it an IPv6 cloud overlayed on the IPv4 cloud ?
Is it IPv6 islands all interconnected in a large VPN via the IPv4 transport
?
Is it a reliable-redundant architecture (ala IPv8|IPv16) where the clouds
are distinct ?

The IAB has been unable (or unwilling) to provide a picture of their
Architecture.
Why is that ?
Does the IAB have an Architecture ?
