Hi Magnus,

Thanks for your close reading.  I think Robert has replied to most
of your comments - if you can do a quick cherry-picking & respond
to the major issues, then hopefully Robert could work on updating
those issues while you are on vacation. When you come back, we can
resolve the rest & hopefully get this draft revised before the draft
cut-off date.
