Danny,

These are comments on draft-mills-sntp-v4-00.txt. This is the update
to SNTP that Dave Mills submitted as an individual submission in 9/2003.
As part of the BOF last year, review of this ID was discussed, and it was
hoped that the document would be released in short order. However, there
have been some issues raised in the IESG review that need to be addressed.

As for the comments, I just scraped the comments out of the id-tracker.
I didn't pull out the identify of each IESG member that wrote a comment.
I just wanted to consolidate the comments and get them out. The id-tracker
is available at:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/public/pidtracker.cgi

The document is currently in the following state:
In State: Approved-announcement to be sent :: Point Raised - writeup needed

Point Raised-writeup needed means:
IESG discussions on the document have raised some issues that need to be brought to the attention of the authors/WG, but those issues have not been written down yet. (It is common for discussions during a telechat to result in such situations. An AD may raise a possible issue during a telechat and only decide as a result of that discussion whether the issue is worth formally writing up and bringing to the attention of the authors/WG). A document stays in the "Point Raised - Writeup Needed" state until *ALL* IESG comments that have been raised have been documented.

Amy Vezza works for the secretariat and is not responsible for any of the
comments.

Regards,
Karen
