Folks,

Dieter and I have reviewed the below referenced email thread. From this along with the IETF 102 discussions and the WGLC discussion, we have concluded that the working group consensus is as follows: 

Publish the document with a status of Informational. As a result, we will be submitting this document as is to the IESG shortly. 

Additionally, no implementations beyond the reference implementation have identified themselves as having implemented Mode 6 commands.
