I thought two additional objects might be of value based on current experience:

cpuReadyTime - how much time a VM is waiting for CPU resources.  This could be expressed in milliseconds over the past minute.

storageLatency - a problem that sometimes comes up is that the CPU is available to the VM but due to storage latency work can not continue.  This object will show average storage latency over a short period of time (perhaps 15 seconds).  

Notifications should be created for these two objects that can be sent when values exceed configurable limits.
