Hi Gunter, A revised version has been posted: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-opsawg-oam-characterization/16 We believe that the revised version addresses the DISCUSS points you raised. This version includes a conformance statement, based on the text that Med suggested in this thread, which seems to address the DISCUSS issues.
