Abstract:
   This document specifies how to augment the Routing Policy
   Specification Language inetnum: class to refer specifically to
   geofeed data CSV files, and describes an optional scheme to use the
   Routing Public Key Infrastructure to authenticate the geofeed data
   CSV files.
