Then again, maybe it's not just luck. ;-) Maybe it is a combination of (among other factors) (1) good network capacity management, (2) regular course of business / ongoing network upgrades (often related to #1), (3) one form of network management that has been effective in some way, and (4) great local HFC network operations by our team in Oregon. I am glad that you describe your service as 'excellent' (even with the TCP RSTs that have obviously been performed in your area). I can't tell you how much I look forward to the day when we implement the new network management technique in Hillsboro, Oregon, and you can personally confirm the absence of TCP RSTs in your P2P use. :-) Jason Maybe I've just been plain lucky.
