Giants"(maybe), this tell us that, if we want success, just stand "on"(
not parallelly) the shoulder.:)!
 so "WG Concepts document can define any terms we think are useful." is
the best choice!

I don't understand why you want a separate glossary document, given that
the Concepts document already has a glossary (=
Terminology) section.

Are you saying that draft-willis-p2psip-concepts was a poor starting
point for the WG Concepts document?

In my opinion, as both a co-author of the current document and as a WG
participant, the WG Concepts document can define any terms we think are
useful.
