One point that's not mentioned in this document, but which might be worth bringing up, is the conventions on how you choose a payload format's clock rate.

I.e., the fact that clock rates are conventionally 90000 Hz for video (and we should give some background as to why), and they're conventionally the sampling rate for audio.

It might also be worth discussing the benefits of the Opus clock rate approach (always use the maximum supported clock rate, i.e., 48000 Hz), vs. the conventional one, in the context of the multiple-clock-rates draft.
