I was worried about making a interpretation beyond the existing rules,
and thus warping the rules.

I have now submitted a new version with the note. I have done two other
changes in the same section. First a rewording that makes it clear that
IETF rules may be different compared to what you are used to. I also
removed the time expression in regards to timely disclosure, as the
rules are not providing any exact time frames.
