In this draft Interactive Connectivity Establishment (ICE) agent uses PCP Flow Extension to determine the link characteristics of the host's interfaces. After receiving the PCP Flow Extension responses from its various interfaces, the ICE agent sorts the ICE candidates according to the link capacity characteristics.
