We did adopt rfc1112bis before IETF118 but did not put it up on the agenda then
because of other priorities. etc. I did speak with a range of ADs @IETF118 about the
logistics, but the feedback was mostly that the real answers will come when the doc is progressed (beyond WG).

I think it would be useful to spend 5 minutes to discuss next steps. Including potential WGLC
because i think potential issues are all administrative in nature.
