I think it's good to have a document where we think through how MTC can be
used in use cases other than the WebPKI.

The present draft is a bit in a weird spot mostly defining a bunch of stuff
including a landmark distribution method. That should go in another
document. But it's great these things get bubbled up by thinking about it.

I support adoption. (Voting for the task, not the document as it is.)
