I am a novice at using Github and that might explain why I don't seem to have access to comment on the document. I am therefore using email to submit a couple of ideas for additional sections to the document. At IETF 116 I suggested adding an assumptions/constraints section to the document. I also thought of another section that might be useful, similarities/dependencies. If these don't fit into state-of-protocol-and-pqc document, perhaps another document covering these topics could be maintained by the working group. I would be glad to throw out an initial outline with some content for these sections though it would be sparse and really need group participation to flesh out.

Regards,
       Andrew Fregly
