Hello, Peter-san

Thank you for adding my I-D in the agenda.
But sorry, I don't have my update I-D yet...
But I've made an experimental implementation for 
precis nickname that is one of precis framework.
So I would like to briefly report and comment for 
precis framework in the (1)Framework session. :)
