Thanks, Ben. In general, please do send an explicit email to the group starting the thread for discussion on an adoption call or WGLC, rather than relying on people seeing the secretariat state changes — I think those do get lost a bit. For this document, I have support for adopting it (for the sake of exercising the extension points), although I’m not sure about implementation support on my end yet. Overall, I do think this group has quite a lot to work on still for the topics discussed last time (around ARC, BBS, etc), so we need to keep working there. Note that this draft relies on draft-ietf-privacypass-public-metadata-issuance and draft-ietf-privacypass-auth-scheme-extensions, which were held back from WGLC due to concerns about the lack of any specified usage for the mechanism they provide. > > Given the low response rate to recent calls on this mailing list, the chairs would also be interested to hear if you think that the working group has covered the main topics of interest and can safely be mothballed. > > Regards, > Ben Schwartz, for the chairs > From: IETF Secretariat <ietf-secretariat-reply@ietf.org <mailto:ietf-secretariat-reply@ietf.org>> > Sent: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 1:11 PM > To: draft-hendrickson-privacypass-expiration-extension@ietf.org <mailto:draft-hendrickson-privacypass-expiration-extension@ietf.org> <draft-hendrickson-privacypass-expiration-extension@ietf.org <mailto:draft-hendrickson-privacypass-expiration-extension@ietf.org>>; privacy-pass@ietf.org <mailto:privacy-pass@ietf.org> <privacy-pass@ietf.org <mailto:privacy-pass@ietf.org>>; privacypass-chairs@ietf.org <mailto:privacypass-chairs@ietf.org> <privacypass-chairs@ietf.org <mailto:privacypass-chairs@ietf.org>> > Subject: The PRIVACYPASS WG has placed draft-hendrickson-privacypass-expiration-extension in state "Call For Adoption By WG Issued" > > > > > The PRIVACYPASS WG has placed > draft-hendrickson-privacypass-expiration-extension in state Call For Adoption > By WG Issued (entered by Benjamin Schwartz) > > The document is available at > https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-hendrickson-privacypass-expiration-extension/__;!!Bt8RZUm9aw!_WDsjIxil11Eo3KzB1VvTJ5xRowxBwg-p8M8CCcFcr4cqaJwQm8LsU4RXq_SA7ctqKEKD73s6YS-XVtPJF5GiA$ > > Comment: > This call for adoption will end on 2025 March 28. > > -- > Privacy-pass mailing list -- privacy-pass@ietf.org <mailto:privacy-pass@ietf.org> > To unsubscribe send an email to privacy-pass-leave@ietf.org <mailto:privacy-pass-leave@ietf.org>
