Marked as 'invalid' which covers both 'not well formed' and 'duplicate'.

Let's try to keep the issues as just that -- issues. If you have a proposal, there are many ways to convey that:

* As a message on the mailing list
* As a pull request
* As a comment on an issue (that describes the issue it's trying to address).
