OK, it seems that we are ratholing. Let me put forward a simplified
version and see if we can converge on it.

OLD
The Remote Attestation Procedures architecture (RFC 9334) defines
several types of conceptual messages, such as Evidence, Attestation
Results, Endorsements, and Reference Values.
These messages can appear in different formats and be transported via
various protocols.

NEW
In RATS (RFC9334), a Conceptual Message is any abstract,
protocol-agnostic unit of attestation information exchanged between
RATS roles.
Conceptual Messages describe the semantics of the message within the
attestation flow, without specifying the wire format, encoding,
transport, or processing details.
The initial set of Conceptual Messages is defined in Section 8 of
RFC9334 and includes Evidence, Attestation Results, Endorsements,
Reference Values, and Appraisal Policies.
