Though I doubt I'd have any additional comments, it'd be easier to review after a new version is posted. At present, even the compare with editor's copy with working group draft feature in the github repo does not capture the current state.

Given next week is a US holiday and it’s customary to take vacation in conjunction with. We likely will need another week.
Something like beginning of the second week in December.
