Given the last PR (i.e., UJCS) seems to be converging, I feel bold
enough to add my two WGLC cents.

I have reviewed the draft multiple times, provided PRs, and worked
directly with the editors on more than one occasion. Therefore, I may
not be the best person to offer an unbiased judgment on this
document... That said, with the exception of one minor issue (*), I
believe that this is ready to be shipped.
