Hi Ole,

Thanks for helping with the clarification. The first link provided in the email announcement (https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/electronic-travel-authority-601) takes you to a website that provides additional information.

As mentioned in the email, that webpage will provide a step-by-step guide for how to use both the ETA app, as well as the application process if you are not able to use the app.
