Standard Registration Deadline

The deadline for Standard registration is today, March 13, 2023 UTC 23:59. Be sure to register before the deadline passes! Fees for the Standard weekly rate are outlined below.

Standard Registration Week Rates:
Onsite Registration: USD 875, if paid in full prior to 23:59 UTC 2023-03-13
RemoteRegistration: USD 280, if paid in full prior to 23:59 UTC 2023-03-13

NOTE: Payment is required at the time of registration. After the deadline9 Late registration fees will be in effect.

Travel Reminders

In case you missed it in the FAQ [1], when visiting Japan, travelers are strongly encouraged to sign up through the Visit Japan Web travel platform and register their travel. During your registration, you will be required to upload proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations, as well as provide information regarding your customs declaration. Though pre-registration is not required, it is HIGHLY recommended to expedite your travels while entering Japan. We have provided a walk-through document which can be found linked below.
