Dear Sarah,

I'll try to explain this in plain English.  The "help me understand" 
request is not helpful at all as it does not tell me what you do not 
understand from my emails.  Maybe it is my English which is bad.  If 
that is the case, I would like to convey my apologies for my incorrect English.

I am no longer looking for any report as I already received an 
off-list response about that.  From my side, the absence of a report 
is not an issue.
