I'll disclose that I am currently serving on ISEB.  As there is a 
conflict of interest, I will refrain from commenting on the 
performance of the Independent Submissions Editor.

The IAB is requesting feedback.  However, its information does not 
provide any information about the last two years of operation.  Does 
the IAB have information about that?  If that is the case, could it 
publish that information so that the reader can have a less than 
uninformed view of the operation?
