Congratulations to everybody involved! I'm of course looking forward to 
the first RFC with non-ASCII characters.

And a small (but I guess important) nit: At 
https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc8651, I'd put the HTML icon before 
the TXT icon, because now HTML is the "main" version.
