1.3.6 improves diagnostics when KRAMDOWN_OFFLINE is set and files therefore couldn’t be fetched.

(It turns out that it is too easy to set this environment variable and then forget that it has been set.  So maybe there will be additional diagnostics later.  For now, the preferred bash syntax is setting the environment variable just for a single command:

   KRAMDOWN_OFFLINE=1 make
or
   KRAMDOWN_OFFLINE=1 kdrfc …

This avoids embedding the setting into the shell environment.)

As usual, update local installations using

   gem update
