I consulted with the stream managers and the IAB recommended that I add another community member to the committee, which I have now done as Martin Durst has agreed to join the committee.

> c.  Committee meets to identify community members for the recruiters to meet with as part of their research and to provide advice to recruiters on where to look

The committee is now discussing this, casting a wide net, and considering mechanisms by which the recruiters and community can engage.
