Also, I recently got note of a suggestion to maybe rename the old non-WG repo to ietf-drafts-scitt or another org name that is less similar to ietf-wg-scitt. Everything that reduces confusion (next to lazy owners) helps. I don't know if ietf-drafts-scitt helps a lot, but if there are other suggestions please speak up. In general, I think archiving repos is a pretty obvious hint.
