Kiran, All,

I want to congratulate you all at working hard to put together a very good birds of a feather session presentation.  I won't be present at tomorrow's debrief, as it's a national holiday here in Switzerland.  However, here is some advice coming out of the BoF:

*	Continue your work.  Develop the drafts that you have in the draft charter.  Don't wait for a working group to be formed.  Keep your momentum going.
*	Take seriously the concerns that were raised about being crisp about the threat model.  Surely that will need to be covered.
*	I am quite certain that with this group, the devil will be in the detail, because I suspect that at the core level there may be some differences about what should be exposed and what shouldn't be.  With this in mind, you should consider the object model and its representation as quickly as possible.
*	While it was clear that software supply chain is where we should go first, my advice is not to lose sight of other use cases.  If someone considering one of those use cases has a concern, don't keep quiet.  Something may get ruled out of scope later, but that, I think would not be a chair's first choice.

Finally, a WG is going to need chairs.  You should let Roman know if you are interested in chairing.  The traditional, though certainly not the only, way of doing things is to pair up a subject matter expert, with an IETF veteran.  The IETF needs experienced chairs, and that starts with people who haven't chaired before volunteering to do so.
