All responses on the list for the adoption of this item were favorable, and there was also approval in the working group sessions in San Francisco and in the interim meetings.
   
As such, this item is adopted as a work item of the AVTCore working group.  Authors, please resubmit the draft as draft-ietf-avtcore-rtp-sframe.
