My thanks to the authors for resolving the discussed issues in version 7.

As per my email to sidrops - I did have a request to ask the authors if they
would remove the last sentence of section 5

Specifically:

Such circumstances could include operational work-arounds such as the informed
consent of the affected peers.

Based on the fact that section 5 now moves from mandatory MUST's to lower case
should's I am ok with removing this sentence, but I will leave that to the
authors discretion.  In the mean time I am clearing this discuss.
