OK, sure. The document title is just the document title.

I am not sure I follow. On the third line of my review I made a
suggestion about the title, to which you reacted, but then more text
followed. The rest of the review details technical obstacles I perceive
with the Internet-Draft in its current form.

I attempted to organize the review by using '------' (markdown format)
to separate the various conceptual issues I perceive.
