I think this is a very useful document.  At the scale of RPKI deployment
we are seeing in the DFZ at this point, I admit I worry even about
rfc8097 usage within a sufficiently large autonomous system, as some
vendor documents recommend its configuration (seemingly whether or not
anything is actually going to consume it)
