Only because ASPA is not a thing yet. When it is, and we get to see an
ASPA issued by 3491, I would bet my bottom dollar 33765 won't be in it.

At that time, we can say unequivocally "that path is garbage", and drop
it on the floor.

I don't think you'll find many more obvious than the one you picked up.
