Just a question: is SIDROPS really the best working group for this work?
Reading the internet-draft I don't see requests to IANA, nor directives
relevant for CA/RP implementers.

Wouldn't the OPSEC working group be a better fit for SAV-related work?
(I suggest OPSEC, because it was the venue for RFC 8704)
