Paul Sorry for the delay in getting to the document. Is encryption out scope for this document (as it is mentioned in the Siprec Protocol document). If so I think that should be stated but we might need to take into consideration RFC 5547 (File Transfer) mentions secured MIME (S/MIME) RFC 3851 while the protocol document only mentions RFC 3711, 5124 and 4568.
