Thanks Russ, I just posted -05 that address all 3.
It also adds a blurb under the acknowledgements to acknowledge your help with this.

Subject: Re: [lamps] WG Last Call for draft-ietf-lamps-cms-shakes-04

I observed three problems when working on the shepherd write-up.

(1) I observed that three informative references are missing:

  == Missing Reference: 'RFC5753' is mentioned on line 524

  == Missing Reference: 'RFC6268' is mentioned on line 612

  == Missing Reference: 'RFC5911' is mentioned on line 619

These are all part of comments in the ASN.1 module.

(2) The ASN.1 module calls for the assignment of a module identifier by IANA. The IANA considerations need to ask IANA to assign this value.

I suggest this text:

   One object identifier for the ASN.1 module in Appendix A was
   assigned in the SMI Security for S/MIME Module Identifiers
   (1.2.840.113549.1.9.16.0) registry:

   CMSAlgsForSHAKE-2018 { { iso(1) member-body(2) us(840)
        rsadsi(113549) pkcs(1) pkcs-9(9) smime(16) modules(0)
        id-mod-cms-shakes(TBD) }

(3) The ASN.1 module does not compile. I will send corrections.

Can the authors quickly update the document?

Russ
