In case any of you had any doubts about the interest in RCD.

More of these should be coming fast and furious.

draft-ietf-stir-passport-rcd is nearing the finish line. There have been a number of clarifications during IESG review. Participants in the room at IETF 116 also agreed to limit "icn" to use HTTPS URLs. These involve some changes to normative language. We are waiting on this changes...

So what is the malfunction here.

This is highly deployable specification if there ever was one. And was cited ( improperly BTW) in the recent FCC 7th Report and Order on robocalls.

Hi,

The deadline has passed and I have not seen objections. So unless I missed something, the chairs consider the changes as accepted by the working group.

Thanks!

Ben.

A few normative changes were made to draft-ietf-stir-passport-rcd to address the comments from the IESG Evaluation. The discussion at IETF 116 indicates that the revised text is aligned with the original intent. Please review the changes. Please raise any concerns with the revised text by 7 April 2023.
