draft-ietf-stir-passport-rcd <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-stir-passport-rcd/> is nearing the finish line. There have been a number of clarifications during IESG review. Participants in the room at IETF 116 also agreed to limit "icn" to use HTTPS URLs. These involve some changes to normative language.  We are waiting on this changes...
