In fact after reading again the ABNF in RFC 3966, the first bullet point process in 8.3 would not get rid of the digits after ";phone-context=", as in the example in section 6 of RFC 3966, so that would not work in that case.  But that works in the example below because the context does not contain a number.

So there is something missing.
