Maybe this would be a reason to get sipcore to actually look at the TCP
(and other reliable protocols) and fix the design issues. I know this is
boring, but I could not get anyone interested in making TCP work as
reliably as UDP or to scale as well. The problem is that even though the
Identity header is mandatory due to FCC regulations, making TCP work is
not. So, carriers enable the Identity header and let calls (at least some
of them) fail. I am just trying to be practical and minimize the disruption.
