This is ridiculous - lets split the work up.

Seriously, we have enough people in the room that this shouldn't be hard.

1) We need a zulip scribe - the job here is just to make sure the chairs
don't miss any questions from Zulip that need to be taken to the mic.
This is the easiest of the three. It's a bit embarrassing that someone
hasn't indicated willingness to do this yet.

2) We need someone to help capture action items. This is the second
easiest, and whoever does this can stop the discussion to ask for
clarification if its not obvious what the action item was.

3) We would _like_ someone to capture the gist of the conversation - we
don't need a full transcription (we have a history of note-takers
providing those, and we we're happy to have them if someone wants to do
it that way, but it's the exception, not the bar). It's great if we can
get these same day, but it's totally fine if these don't come back until
the week after the meeting. A very lightweight capture of the what was
discussed and any major points someone made is all that is really needed
here. People can use that to know roughly where in the recording to go
look if they really want to relive the experience.

Can we please fill roles 1 and 2 today, and have someone volunteer for 3
by tomorrow?
